Kakigōri (かき氷) is a traditional Japanese shaved ice dessert made with ultra-finely shaved ice and typically flavored with syrup and condensed milk. Unlike Western-style shaved ice, it has a soft, snow-like texture that's incredibly light and fluffy.
What makes our kakigōri special is the use of Kuramoto Ice —premium, crystal-clear ice made in Kanazawa, Japan using a slow-freezing process. This ice shaves more smoothly, melts slower, and enhances both the texture and flavor of the dessert.
